Never seen that before Mr. K, looks like an excellent (and old/expensive) piece of toydom...what's the history? Were there any other DD bits to be had around the time...
New to me as well....but I want to know more.
Certainly will guys here goes............ A wonderful Toy created by company called J&L Randall of Potters Bar who also made the Amazing magic Robot game in 1958
They went on to make the Dan Dare radio Station.......................heres mine
I had mine bought for by my parents in the christmas of 1962, was 7 years old and I never forgot the thrill of playing with this toy hours and hours of fun playing spacemen with Dan dare , the Eagle annuals and comics where the must have read of the time

And heres a photo of a project Im on at the moment restoring some USA Remco Radio Stations made by J&R Randell for the American market, identical to the Dan Dare version apart from the controls

And heres a link to some Dan Dare Commodore 64 games which I will also list in the 64 thread
I had that magic robot game....thanks for posting the picture, brought back some great memories
Yes thanks Mr K., some fantastic looking stuff there (and great packaging...original artwork??) remember the robot game and the flashlight gun looks familiar but apart from that it's all new. Somebody somewhere appears to have a great collection of the stuff.

Yep your right Ian , too much stuff and too little space, but since I joined AMHQ and UIV been inspired to revamp my attic and get all my collectibles into a better order, especially the Action Man toys so once its done I will get some photos up......but there just so much STUFF
I remember the magic robot too,it was a friends, but the rest wow great stuff.
Great stuff. As a Dare/Eagle fan I just love to see the vintage stuff. I have 3 Dare toy soldiers [Sir Hibert, Digbay & O'Maly] but I'd love to see the rest of the set if you have them.
